| Frame marking The marking
on the frame shows : |
identification of the manufacturer
number of the standard
symbol for impact resistance (see * below)
(voir * ci-dessous).
CE symbol
* - F indicates this eye protector provides protection
against low energy impact from high speed particles.
* - S indicates the frame is classified as having General
Increased Robustness. |

| Lens marking The
marking on the lens shows : |

number
• Identification of the distributor
• Optical class
• Impact resistance
• CE symbol |
1 - indicates class 1 optical
quality (1= for permanent usage and precise work).
F - indicates that the eyeprotector provides protection against low energy impact
from high speed particles at room temperature only.
S- indicates the lens is classified as having General Increased Robustness.

Clear lens
marked with shade number 2-1.2 filters out 99% of harmful UV radiation to 380
nm but do not protect against sunglare.
• Smoke lens marked with shade number 5-2.5 offers adequate protection against
sunglare.
• Green lens marked 5 offers protection against Infra Red Radiation (IR)
during welding and braze welding operations to a maximum gas flow rate of 200
litters/hour |

| Important |
Ensure that replacement lens’ marking
is the same as the frame before fitting to the eye protector.
• The materials used in the eyeprotector may cause an allergic reaction
to the skin of susceptible wearers.
• If any reaction is observed, doctor’s advise should be sought immediately.
• Scratched or pitted lens should be replaced immediately.
• Under normal usage and correct storage the product should offer sufficient
protection for two years.
The eyeprotector should be transported in the bag that it was originally supplied
in.
• Our models are certified by notified bodies. |
| |
| Maintenance of your
eyeprotector |
